We will never entice away an individual working with a client organisation;
All communication with clients and candidates will be regular, candid and honest;
No sensitive, proprietary or confidential information is ever released without the express permission of the owner;
No candidate will ever be represented to a client without their knowledge and agreement, and only after they have been thoroughly assessed;
Our consultants WILL NOT be remunerated on a commission basis;
The consultant entrusted with the brief will be the person who completes it. It will not be passed to a less qualified person behind the scenes;
We will only represent an individual to an organisation with which we have a business relationship.
Under the Fair Trading Amendment (Employment Placement Services) Act 2002 and the Fair Trading (General) Amendment (Employment Placement Services) Regulation 2003, we are required to provide you with the following information:
EScalibre will not charge you a fee for the purpose of finding you employment;
EScalibre will not engage in misleading or deceptive conduct (such as advertising a position as being available when no such position exists, or knowingly give misleading information about the nature of a position);
If you believe EScalibre has acted inappropriately, you may contact the Department of Fair Trading for information on possible action that may be taken.
